Biovalys joined the Annual Meeting of the Pediatric Infectious Disease Society of Thailand (PIDST)

Biovalys joined the Annual Meeting of the Pediatric Infectious Disease Society of Thailand (PIDST), themed “Navigating Pediatric Infections in a Changing World” held on May 2–4, 2026 at the PEACH Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall, Royal Cliff Beach Hotel Group, Pattaya, Chonburi. Organized by PIDST, the conference welcomed over 700 pediatricians and healthcare professionals. Biovalys was pleased to participate in this important scientific forum, engaging with attendees through knowledge exchange and professional networking in support of advancing pediatric infectious disease prevention in Thailand.

Biovalys hosted two symposium sessions.

Symposium 1 was honored by Assoc. (Honor). Prof. Tawee Chotpitayasunondh, M.D., who provided an epidemiology update on Streptococcus pneumoniae and shared clinical updates on the 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine (PCV13-TT).

Symposium 2 was honored by Assoc. (Honor). Prof. Tawee Chotpitayasunondh, M.D. and Assoc. Prof. Chonnamet Techasaensiri, M.D., who updated the audience on the epidemiology of Enterovirus 71 (EV71) and delivered valuable clinical insights on the EV71 vaccine and Chromatographically Purified Vero Cell Rabies Vaccine (CPRV), with a special focus on pre-exposure prophylaxis.
