Thailand Expanded Programme on Immunization 2020

Thailand Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) has included BCG, HBV, DTwP, Hib, OPV, MMR, Live JE, influenza and HPV vaccine. In 2020, EPI program is adding Rota vaccine for Thai children 2 months and 4 months of age.

Moreover, Pediatric Infectious Disease Society of Thailand (PIDST) recommends rabies vaccine for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) in risk population, starting from 2 month of age, for 2 doses with at least 7 days interval. So, rabies vaccine recommended for optional vaccine for protect Thai children from rabies virus.
