Rabies is a preventable viral disease most often transmitted through the bite of a rabid animal, mainly dogs. Biovalys proposes a new generation of rabies vaccine introduced in Thailand since 2009. This chromatographically purified Vero cell rabies vaccine (CPRV) has been well accepted in several countries. So far, more than 2.5 million doses have been distributed in Thailand and 180 million doses worldwide.
Poliomyelitis (Polio) is a highly infectious, severe and sometimes fatal disease, which usually affects children under 5 years of age. Today a sustained effort of immunization and diseases surveillance ensure that Thailand remains Polio free. Our portfolio also focuses on the pediatric vaccines including oral polio vaccine (bOPV), prequalified by World Health Organization, Td vaccine, JE vaccine, DTP-HB-Hib vaccine, PCV13, EV71 vaccine.
